Cindy Cory, L.Ac.

Cynthia Cory received her Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in 1997. Since that time, she has maintained a practice in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine at the An Hao Clinic. Cindy’s clinical experience also includes working as an acupuncturist at the Institute for Traditional Medicine’s Immune Enhancement Project (IEP) from 1997-2004 where she gained experience treating patients seeking complementary care with acupuncture and Chinese Medicine for chronic diseases such as HIV/AIDS, cancer, multiple sclerosis and viral hepatitis. Additionally, Cindy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Michigan State University, a Master of Fine Arts degree from Maryland Institute’s College of Art, and diplomas in Shiatsu and Massage Therapy from the New England Shiatsu Center and the New Center for Holistic Health, Education and Research, respectively. She is currently in her second year of a two-year teacher training program with the Ling Gui International School of Qigong where she is studying qigong and traditional Taoist Medical Theory with Dr. Liu Dong and Master Liu He.
