Rachel Eppinga, N.D., L.Ac.


Dr. Rachel Eppinga, a graduate of the National College of Naturopathic Medicine, is a Naturopathic Physician and Licensed Acupuncturist (with Master of Science degree in Oriental Medicine) who provides integrative health care. In February of 2006, Dr. Eppinga completed a two and a half year residency under the guidance and mentorship of Dr. Edythe Vickers. During that time she gained experience in adjunctive cancer care, auto-immune disorders, and women's health issues.

In her private practice Dr. Eppinga provides a wide range of care, with special interest in gastrointestinal disorders, women's health (those of all ages), neruotransmitter imbalances, sports related injury, and those seeking general wellness. Dr. Eppinga works extensively with diet, nutrition, and lifestyle modification in the attempts to make permanent and positive change in her patient’s lives. She provides patient-centered, individualized care with a comprehensive and wholistic mind-body-spirit approach.

In her free time Rachel practices yoga, takes dance classes, and enjoys gourmet cooking. She is an outdoor enthusiast and participates in a number of outdoor activities in all seasons.
