TEA FOR SLEEP
INDICATIONS FOR USE
This is a calming formula, similar to Tea for Tension and Tea for Mood, relying on lemon balm, valerian, and hops that have been adopted widely throughout European herbal practice to calm anxiety and nervous energy. Like Tea for Tension, this formula also provides orange blossom, a tasty and fragrant herb that has these same properties, and peppermint, which along with orange blossom also provides a good taste and a soothing effect on the digestion. This formula additionally provides lavender and rosemary to reduce tension and aid sleep.
For those who are suffering more significant emotional distress, including depression, the tea, taken at night, can be used with daytime dosing of Tea for Tension or Tea for Mood.
If symptoms persist, see your doctor. Limit use during pregnancy to no more than two teabags each day.
